2025 CHRISTMAS PRE-SALE SITE
This pre-sale offers you the opportunity to purchase new event products at a substantial discount. Often 15 to 25% less than prices after products are received and in stock on our regular website.
Pre-sale orders will only be accepted until the end of day January 31st, 2025 and are estimated to arrive at the end of April 2025.
All pre-sale orders placed during a pre-sale offer are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-returnable upon arrival. However if a product arrives damaged we will reorder for you. All arrival times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required and must be received prior to the cutoff date in order for the products you selected to be included in our pre-sale order. Once your order is received we will send you an invoice requesting your 50% deposit.
Once your deposit is received, your products will be included in the order and will arrive in approximately 12 weeks time and can either be picked up in store or forwarded to your location. Shipping charges are not included in the pre-sale offer and will be calculated and charged separately accordingly with the products you chose and shipping location.
Orders that have been placed and the deposit has not been paid by the end of the pre-sale will not be considered for the pre-sale and will simply be deleted. No Exceptions.
Orders can only be placed through www.cewdecor.com or by calling Calgary Event Wholesale Inc directly 403-295-3030. Ordering on our Pre-sale site is easy. Simply add the products you want to your cart and complete the checkout process. No payment is required immediately upon checkout. You will receive an invoice requesting deposit payment from Calgary Event Wholesale Inc when we receive your order Your full deposit must be received by the end of the pre-sale closing date. If you wish you may continue to either make payments during the waiting period or simply pay the balance once the products have physically arrived. All final payments are due no later than the arrival date of products. Either way we will contact you at this time in order to make the necessary arrangements in order for you to take possession of your items. If any of your pre-sale items require shipping we will obtain a shipping quote based upon your total order volume once the items arrive and are ready for shipping to their final destination.
